Baby Blanket Ministry
Welcomes our newborns with a beautifully crafted blanket.
We provide Gideon Bible donations in memory of Immanuel attenders and family members.
CARE Baskets & Gifts
Provides food and Christmas gifts for those in need within our church during the holidays with food and a gift card for Market Basket or our Give-A-Gift program (If you would like to contribute you can choose from a list of needs, then shop, wrap and return gift(s) to Fellowship Hall).
Various events of social fellowship are held during the year to encourage relationships and build community. Join our team to plan and/or implement activities on a one-time basis.
Communion Setup and Cleanup
We prepare the elements for Communion prior to service, and cleanup following service on the first Sunday of each month.
A variety of cards are available in Fellowship Hall for anyone to send a note of encouragement.
Our Food Pantry, located next to the main kitchen, is available for any church attender in need of food assistance. Open during church operating hours.
Funeral Reception Ministry
Our church family may come alongside grieving brothers and sisters by helping with a reception following a funeral held at Immanuel, if requested by the family.
After the service, we provide a place of warm fellowship for our guest and church family. Coffee, tea, cold beverages, and snacks are available. Volunteer workers setup, cleanup, or provide snack on a rotating basis.
Provides meal assistance to our Immanuel family's after hospitilization, new baby, or other short-term need. Volunteers are needed to help prepare meals.
Operation Christmas Child
Samaritan's Purse "Operation Christmas Child" sends our shoe box gifts to children in need around the world. We collect items year-long in Fellowship Hall to prepare for our Fall Packing Party.
We provide handmade shawls for people in need of prayer during times of celebration or struggle. Shawls are available for you to give to those in need and are kept in the red basket in Fellowship Hall. Volunteers are always needed - do you like to knit or crochet? Join us! We have guidelines to help get you started. Let us know if you have the name of someone who could use a prayer shawl.
Soup Kitchen Outreach
Providing a ham dinner to the hungry on the 4th Friday of each month. Volunteers help provide food, prepare, or serve this meal to 150 guests at St. Paul's Soup Kitchen, at Eliot Church in Lowell.
